LGT Capital Partners' Global Staff Event 2026

Dear colleague,

We noticed from your registration for the Global Staff Event 2026 that you plan to stay an extra night in Hamburg on Saturday, 27 June .

To ensure a seamless travel experience, Finass can book this additional night for you at your allocated hotel once confirmed. Please note that we are still working on the final details and hotel allocations, which is why we are not yet able to confirm your assigned hotel.

If you would like us to make the booking for you, the cost will be approximately CHF 300–350.

Please note that this is a personal expense and must be paid individually and directly at the hotel upon arrival. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation for the weekend.

Please let us know whether you would like Finass to book the additional night for you or if you prefer to arrange your own accommodation by completing the form below:

Kindly fill out the form and indicate your preference no later than Friday, 19 December. After this date, we won’t be able to process the request, and you will need to arrange your own accommodation for that night.
